  Our full-roll cradles are made from recycled corrugated molded pulp and support products horizontally along the entire length of the product. Because they use more surface area in providing product support, they eliminate marking damage that may be caused when products are supported by their edges alone. They are ideal for in-process material handling and for use with heavier products. They can also be used to ship multiple narrow web widths in a single cradle for savings on packaging material usage and costs.

  • Designed for superior nestability to optimize shipping and storage.
  • Provides excellent protection against damage from pallet irregularities such as raised nail heads or warped boards.
  • Available in single- and multiple-roll configurations in a variety of sizes to accommodate roll diameters from 9" to 40".
  • Smaller sizes can be used to enable safe stacking for most applications.
  • Larger sizes provide greater support for heavy rolls and less dusting than similar cradles made from honeycomb material.
  • Less dusting and superior nesting than similar cradles made from honeycomb material.
  • Safely holds rolls in place off the floor, keeping material clean.
  • Stock items sized to fit standard 40" x 48" pallets.
  • Variations with protective lips provide additional defense against roll end damage.
  • Aesthetically pleasing White High Performance versions provide extra strength and humidity resistance with less dusting.
  • Regular Recycled Fiber versions offer the same performance characteristics for protecting rolls 3" to 45" in diameter.
  • Recycled Narrow Fiber versions offer the same performance characteristics for protecting rolls 4" to 11" in diameter.
