Recycled Narrow Fiber
Narrower in width than regular Recycled Fiber roll cradles, low-cost Recycled Narrow Fiber Cradles offer the same performance characteristics for protecting rolls 4" to 11" in diameter. The exclusive triple-hinge design allows these cradles to be used as singles, doubles or back-to-back pairs. This design feature also makes them a cost-effective solution for protecting rolls with core extensions while providing superior pallet load stability.
  • Strong yet flexible recycled corrugated fiber pulp construction is 100% recyclable.
  • Designed for superior nestability to optimize shipping and storage.
  • Unique, cost-effective design reduces packaging costs.
  • Center roll support is increased by 38% or more per roll, depending on core extensions, versus standard single-hinged cradles.
  • Molded center perforation feature allows cradle separation so they can be used in pairs, providing additional savings for rolls of longer web widths.
  • Easy-to-use design provides safe roll loading.
  • Regular Recycled Fiber versions offer the same performance characteristics for protecting rolls 3" to 45" in diameter.
  • Recycled Full Roll Fiber versions provide greater support for heavy rolls or enable multiple rolls to be shipped in a single cradle.
  • Aesthetically pleasing White High Performance versions provide extra strength and humidity resistance with less dusting.

Rollguard Narrow Fiber roll cradles are available from multiple manufacturing and distribution centers including a West Coast warehouse location to ensure fast delivery. In addition to offering stock sizes, our designers and engineers can customize products to meet your packaging requirements.
